About Molly McPherson:
Molly McPherson combines her thorough knowledge of current
social media tools and practices with years of news and public
relations experience. She helps her clients find the right strategy
for 21st-century communications by combining the best practices of
today with the proven methods of the past.
She earned her Accreditation in Public Relations from PRSA and is a
frequent featured speaker on the topics of crisis communications,
public relations and social media for several national agencies and
associations, including FEMA, Homeland Security, and the National
Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
Molly has been a featured speaker in public relations, crisis
communications and social media at numerous venues, including the
John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and she
teaches social media courses at New England College. She earned her
master’s degree from the College of Communication at Boston
University and her bachelor’s degree from the University of St.
Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.
