Shane Leketa is a Navy veteran of 11 years and is currently working full time as an area manager for a cell phone company acting as a business consultant to private owners. He has a wife of 18 years, a son of 15 and a dog of 7.

Shane started his podcast about three years ago as he was working on the mental side of losing weight through blogging and journaling and then recording his audio thoughts. His podcast, CoffeeTalk with Liquidshano1973, has gained a hearty following, surpassing 175k downloads and over 1.75 million plays.
